Service Description

In the beginning of the session, I will teach you to ground yourself, I will guide you into a meditative state, then cleanse your aura, sweep your chakras and run the Reiki energy (Approx. 45 Minutes), going where you mind and body ask for the running of energy. During the Reiki portion, the energy being run will release stuck energies, slow down over-active energies and help get your energy more balanced. After the Reiki portion, we will discuss any intuitive information that came up during the session.
